terms of service

By using Indeed MCP (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is an MCP server that returns browser-automation recipes. Recipes run on your machine against your browser and Indeed session. There is no official Indeed API; the Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Indeed. “Indeed” is a trademark of its owner, used here only to describe interoperability.

2. Acceptable use

  • Only automate Indeed employer accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
  • You are responsible for complying with Indeed’s own Terms of Service and any applicable laws when you run a recipe.
  • Do not use the Service to scrape third parties you have no right to access, to send spam, or for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
  • Keep your API key secret. One key per account.

3. You are responsible for actions & spend

Recipes act as you, in your session. You are solely responsible for everything they do — including creating, sponsoring, pausing, or closing job postings, messaging candidates, and any charges Indeed bills to your account. Note that a posting in a pending or live state is chargeable. Review what you run; the Service does not control Indeed’s billing.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Indeed changes its dashboard frequently; recipes may break, behave unexpectedly, or stop working at any time. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any charges, lost data, account suspension, or other harm arising from your use of the Service. Your use is at your own risk.

6. Accounts & termination

Access is gated by a GitHub sign-in and a single API key you can rotate or revoke anytime. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or abuses the Service. You may stop using it and request account deletion at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
